Ethiopia Limu
Jasmine, bergamot, and the wild complexity that only Ethiopian coffee can deliver. If you love floral, aromatic coffees, Ethiopia Limu belongs in your rotation. Ethiopia is where coffee comes from — literally.
The forests of Kaffa in southwestern Ethiopia are the ancestral home of the Coffea arabica plant. The Limu region, in the nearby Jimma Zone, produces a distinctive style: complex, aromatic, and alive with the natural flavours that wild genetics produce. Where our Yirgacheffe is blueberry-vivid and fruit-forward, Limu takes a different path — more floral, more aromatic, with a jasmine-like elegance and a bergamot brightness that's reminiscent of Earl Grey tea. It's quieter than Yirgacheffe, but no less captivating.

Who Is Ethiopia Limu For?

How to Brew Ethiopia Limu
Like all delicate Ethiopian coffees, Limu rewards lighter extraction
- V60 / Pour Over — The best match. The paper filter produces a crystal-clear cup where the floral aromatics are extraordinary.
- AeroPress — Concentrated and aromatic. The bergamot brightness really pops.
- Filter / Drip — Clean and easy. The jasmine notes come through beautifully.
- Cafetière / French Press — Fuller-bodied, with the florals becoming more muted but the body more prominent.
