Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases made through deadsimplecoffee.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to them.

**Who we are** Dead Simple Coffee, selling through deadsimplecoffee.co.uk. Contact: hello@deadsimplecoffee.co.uk

**Orders** We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You'll be notified and any payment refunded promptly.

**Pricing** All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but orders already placed will be honoured at the price shown at checkout.

**Products** Our coffees are roasted and packed by our roasting partner to order. Minor variations in flavour between batches are normal and not grounds for a refund.

**Subscriptions** Subscription orders can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Contact us if you need help managing your subscription.

**Governing law** These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
