At Dead Simple Coffee, we take quality seriously. Every order is freshly roasted and packed to order, so we're confident you'll love what arrives.

**Not quite right?** If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a genuine quality issue, get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement, refund, or credit, your choice.

**Taste preference** Coffee is personal. We can't offer refunds if the flavour profile simply isn't to your taste — but if you're unsure which coffee suits you, drop us a message before ordering and we'll point you in the right direction.
